Deed Restriction Summary
There is an established Architectual Review Board for River Reach Pointe. All house plans must be approved to ensure a high level of design, quality, harmony, and conformity throughout the community.
Mimimum Square Footage: 2200 square feet
Height Restriction and Setbacks: 35′ height, 20′ front and rear setbacks, 7.5′ side setbacks
Foundations: All foundations are to be elevated to include crawl spaces and under-house garages where applicable. No slab on grade construction will be permitted.
House Siding: Brick, HardyPlank or CemPlank (composite siding), Stucco.
Home Owner’s Association (HOA) dues: $600 annually
Dock Owner’s Association (DOA) dues for boat slip owners: $250 annually in addition to the HOA dues.
